We are Agile Designs, a Dutch company specializing in soundproof call cells and meeting boxes for open office environments. Since 2015, we have delivered more than 700 call cells and meeting pods to companies across the Netherlands and Europe.
Our mission is simple:
Creating extra space in busy work floors, with smart and efficient solutions like the call booth for the office, without the need for renovations or extra square meters.
Where it all began
The idea for our acoustic call booths arose from a recognizable problem: in many modern offices, there is no good place to video call undisturbed or work focused. Employees resort to hallways, stairwells, or empty meeting rooms, solutions that lead to frustrations and thus create low job satisfaction for employees.
That’s why we developed a solution: cabins for the office. Flexible, soundproof, and can be installed within hours. This way, you finally give your team that one place where they can truly concentrate or conduct a video call in peace.
